In the lead-up to Mining Indaba 2025, LZ Events collaborated closely with Transnet SOC Ltd to design and construct a custom exhibition stand that would embody Transnet’s pivotal role in South Africa’s freight transport and logistics sector. The event, held from February 3 to 6 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), served as a premier platform for industry leaders to converge and discuss the future of African mining. 

Strategic Planning and Stand Design 

Understanding the significance of Mining Indaba, LZ Events embarked on a meticulous planning process to ensure Transnet’s stand (Stand N38) would not only attract attention but also facilitate meaningful engagements. The design focused on creating an open and inviting space, incorporating interactive digital displays and meeting areas to showcase Transnet’s integrated services across rail, ports, and pipelines. The stand’s aesthetics reflected Transnet’s brand identity, emphasizing its commitment to innovation and efficiency in the mining logistics sector.

LZ Events coordinated all logistical aspects ensuring the project was completed on schedule.
